Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring at least 50% of the product remains to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
